Reduced profitability at Zwack Unicum
The Zwack Unicum Nyrt. in its first half of its 2012-2013 fiscal year achieved 611 million HUF after-tax profits, which is 31.7 percent lower, compared to the results of a year ago, but slightly higher than the planned after-tax profits – the company announced in its flash report, published on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange (BÉT).
According to the report, based on the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Zwack in the first half of the year reached a gross revenues of 9.369 billion HUF, which is 7.6 percent lower, than the revenues of the base period. According to the report, in the first half of the financial year (1 April 2012 to 30 September), the net sales were 5.762 billion HUF, 5.7 percent lower than a year ago. (MTI)
