Raw milk exports decreased
According to AKI PÁIR data, the national average producer price of raw milk in Hungary was 203.74 forints/kilogram in March 2025.

In addition to a 0.07 percentage point deterioration in fat content, a 0.02 percentage point deterioration in protein content, and a 1 percent decrease in the base price, the average price of raw milk decreased by 2 percent in March 2025 compared to February 2025, while it exceeded the average price of the same month of the previous year by 23 percent. The purchase of raw milk in March 2025 exceeded the previous month’s volume by 13 percent and that of March 2024 by 4 percent. The export price of raw milk was 181.18 forints/kilogram in March 2025, a decrease of 8 percent compared to the previous month, while it exceeded the export price of the same month of the previous year by 22 percent. The export price was 11 percent lower than the average producer price. According to AKI PÁIR data, raw milk shipments decreased by 33 percent in March 2025 compared to a year earlier.
