The ratio of domestic food products decreased in the Slovak stores
The ratio of domestic food products decreased to a record low level, to 46 percent, compared to last year's 50 percent in the Slovak stores –the Slovak Chamber of Food Industry announced in Pozsony on Thursday, referring to a survey.
According to the survey, the proportion of domestic foodstuffs among the Visegrád Countries and in other neighboring countries is the lowest in Slovakia. The proportion of locally produced food products in the V4 countries is the highest in the Polish shops (87 percent). According to the datas of Eurostat, the proportion in Hungary is 78, in the Czech Republic 76 percent. (MTI)
