Downward trend: we consume less and less milk
We know that milk is our basic food product. The consumption of milk and dairy products is important in terms of the development of the organization, the calcium is the natural builder of the skeleton and the teeth. Despite this, a downward trend can be detected in the domestic consumption of milk, while milk production is increasing.
According to the statistics, milk consumption shows a downward trend for years. According to the data of the Central Statistical Office (KSH), in 2005 milk consumption was 180 liters per capita, in 2013 it was only 168 liters per capita.
