Lower administrative burden in the oenology and viticulture sector
From 1 April 2016 winemakers can ask the relevant authorities to issue certificates of origin in an electronic format. Other changes in the regulation of the oenology and viticulture sector (e.g. concerning the production, selling and marking of wine products, etc.), which entered into force in October 2015, aim at reducing the administrative burden on winemakers and authorities alike.
