A 10-15 percent decrease of the environmental product fee around the corner

The current environmental product fee might see as much as a 10-15 percent decrease, if the Parliament approves of the new regulations concerning the subject matter.

The new text of the product fee regulations is ready to be published – Zoltán Illés, enviromental state secretaryof the Ministry of Rural Development informed journalist with the compass of a background discussion. The new regulations have not reached the Prliament yet, because companies affected by the product fee began an intense lobby-activity to fight for their rights.
