The number of German breweries is decreasing
The president of the Brewers’ Association gave a dramatic speech at the Berlin Congress of the German Beer Sommelier Association – we read in the latest VIMOSZ newsletter – in which he addressed the situation of breweries in Germany.

Effects of the sales crisis
Due to the sales crisis caused by the coronavirus, the number of breweries is 40- nel decreased to 1,512 by the end of 2021. Now, as a result of the energy crisis, 2022 may become the darkest year in the history of the sector, and 2023 is expected to turn out to be sad as well.
