The operator of the Zalaegerszeg-based shopping park is trying to consolidate its debts in the scope of bankruptcy proceeding. The implementation application was filed by Strabag Zrt. – told the Agreement Kft., that is responsible for the property monitoring to MTI on Monday.
According to the company datas, the mall in Zalaegerszeg is owned by Europa Nickel S.á.r.l. of Luxembourg, its managing director is an Austrian citizen, living in Vienna.
The Zala Park was opened in August 2009 as a brownfield investment, by CovergenCE, the constructor of the Eiffel office building on the Nyugati Square. It was the fuirst rural investment of the company. The 17,800 square meter shopping center was the largest in the West Transdanubian region. (MTI)
