Smuggled cigarettes were found in Magosliget
More than 24 million HUF worth smuggled cigarettes were found in Magosliget by the police – the press officer of the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Police told MTI on Tuesday.
Fehérvári Marietta captain told that the frontier-guards inspected two properties on Monday in Magosliget that is close to the Hungarian-Ukrainian border. As they saw the police officers, two men tried to escape from the backyard of a house but they were caught. A total of 28,870 boxes of contraband cigarettes, worth over 24 million HUF were found in the two houses. (MTI)
