NAV seized smuggled cigarettes
11 million HUF worth smuggled cigarettes were discovered by the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) ‘s financiers near Tiszaadony – the official spokesman of the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Tax and Customs Directorate told MTI on Monday.
Dávid Zoltán said that the twenty-two black cardboard boxes were found in a wooded area near the Tisza embankment. The boxes – left by smugglers presumably, due to an earlier inspection – contained 11,000 boxes of untaxed tobacco. (MTI)
