Social responsibility and supporting noble causes have always played a prominent role in the life of Daniella Electricity. The cooperation between the market-leading family-owned electricity business and László Cseh was born in October 2025 based on shared values – excellence, perseverance and professionalism. The message of the partnership is closely aligned with the common goals of the company and the Daniella Villamosság Talentum Foundation: recognizing, supporting and promoting talent.

Cseh László

Daniella Villamosság implements its commitment to social responsibility through its own organization. In this spirit, he launched his own foundation at the beginning of 2022, whose mission is to support educational, research and development activities in technical and professional fields both in Hungary and internationally, and to promote the wide availability of technological and environmentally conscious solutions.

In the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 academic years, the foundation supported 12 vocational training institutions annually with a total of HUF 88 million in equipment donations, contributing to the everyday studies and professional development of more than 1,300 students. The Talentum Foundation will continue its Mentor Program in the 2025/2026 academic year, for which it is now accepting applications for the third year. Within the framework of the program, registered institutions can not only receive equipment support, but also provide professional development opportunities for instructors and students, thus facilitating the development and successful start of careers of future professionals.

The common language of success

Daniella Electricity started in 1992 as a four-person family business, and has now become Hungary’s leading electricity wholesaler with more than 400 employees, 41 locations, sales of nearly 50 billion forints and a B2B/B2C webshop. The stability and market recognition of the company are also marked by the Magyar Brands and Business Superbrands awards.

Just as Cseh Laci‘s sports career was built on top performance, Daniella Electricity, which has achieved significant results in both Hungarian and international terms, has gradually, through innovations, quality service, opening new locations, and developing services, reached the point where it has become Hungary’s leading electricity wholesaler.

What is common in both careers is that success was not achieved by a one-time achievement, but by decades of professional humility and perseverance.

Whether in the pool or in business, they are guided by the same credo: “success is not an accident.” Reaching and staying at the top is only possible with consistent work and long-term thinking. That is why, following his athletic career, the Olympic, world and European champion swimmer also obtained a degree in electrical engineering – after winning medals. Thus, through his own experience, he authentically conveys that perseverance, continuous development and reliability are the common basis for reaching the top in both sports and business.

“At home, there were always minor repairs that could not be done quickly due to the lack of the appropriate knowledge, so my brother-in-law and I decided to master this craft and try ourselves as electricians. The perseverance and precision acquired in elite sports are of great help to me here as well. I always strive for the best results, I am open to new solutions and I am constantly improving myself. Quality is a basic principle for me, so I only work with appropriate tools and materials. Daniella products have fully proven themselves so far. My message to professionals is simple: always strive for development, stay open to innovation, and nothing is impossible!

said László Cseh, Olympic, World and European champion swimmer, who has since also carried out the electrical installation work at the Lechner Event Center.

Let’s work together for the profession of the future – the Daniella Electricity Talentum Foundation Mentor Program continues

Just as Laci Cseh set an example of perseverance and success in the pool, the Daniella Electricity Talentum Foundation Mentor Program also supports the development of future electrical professionals, combining them with values gained from sports and the profession.
