Celebrate World Beer’s Day with draft beer!
In more than 100 countries around the world, on the first Friday of August of each year, beer lovers are encouraged to try a beer novelty.
The domestic beer lovers are celebrating this year with draft beer. Last year, 6.2 million hectoliters of beer were sold in Hungary, nearly 10 percent of which was drafted beer.
“It has always been important to us, but in the 2018 beer season, the draft beer has become a protagonist. With this in mind, together with the Kraft Beer Association we have launched our Csapramagyar initiative, which aims to put draft beer to a worthy place in the domestic beer culture” – dr. Schillinger Attila, Director of the Association of Hungarian Brewers.
