The Hungarians won six world awards at the 2024 WorldStar
435 applications were received from 41 countries for the 2024 World Competition of the World Packaging Association, and 214 entries from 37 countries earned the WorldStar award, which can be considered the Oscar of packaging.
Hungary participated in the competition with 13 entries and six applications from five companies earned the distinguished title, thus occupying 13th place in the list of countries:
Codex Zrt.: MULTI LABEL – label family,
DS Smith Packaging Hungary Kft.: Ship radar touchscreen packaging,
Keskeny és Társai Kft. (2): Danton wine & chocolate box and gift boxes with folding drawers.
Nefab Packaging JHungary Kft.: WoodFoam Solution – replacement of polyurethane foams,
Print Brokers Team Kft.: Wasabi 9-tray sushi tower.
The official award ceremony will take place on June 15, 2024 in Bangkok.
With this result, the number of Hungarian WorldStar awards rose to 134 between 1997 and 2024.
