Bonafarm wants to aquire Sága Foods
The Sága Foods Zrt. may become the property of Bonafarm Zrt. – informs Világgazdaság. According to Világgazdaság, the Csányi Sándor-owned Bonafarm food group, and the Sárvár-based Sága Foods, owned by the Bernard Matthews Group are negotiating over the issue.
The Sága Foods Zrt. that has eight hundred employees is one of the main player of the domestic turkey processing industry. The company processes 1.8 million turkeys annually. The company mainly distributes finished products on the domestic market and it is one of Hungary's largest poultry products exporter. (Világgazdaság Online)
