Family-owned venison meat processing plant began operation in Nógrád
A family-owned venison meat processing plant began operation in the village of Nógrád. The company is processing 15 to 20 wild animals per week – Villányi Péter, the owner of the Villányi-Vad Kft. told MTI.
Villányi Péter added that the plant that meets the most stringent regulatory requirements was implemented from 40 million HUF and created three jobs. By processing 15-20 wild animals – deer, red deer and fallow deer, mouflon and wild boar – they are producing 1.6 tons of meat. In the future, the demand of consumers will adjust the volume of production. (MTI)
