CEO Ferenc Szecskó and HR director Marianna Poórné Fejes received the recognition from Ágnes Hornung, the state secretary responsible for family affairs. FrieslandCampina Hungária Zrt.’s family-friendly approach is shaped by feedback from employees; they constantly measure the satisfaction of their colleagues so that they can get to know their needs as well as possible and respond accordingly.
