The state offers almost 9 thousand hectares of land plots for purchase to farmers
Farmers may receive additional land plots exceeding 10 hectares. The Ministry of Agriculture supports the access of small and medium-sized farmers and local producers to land with this measure. Similarly to previous procedures, anyone can make a purchase offer for the affected areas.

In the second phase of the auctions in 2025, almost 9 thousand hectares of land plots are offered for purchase. In addition to arable, meadow and pasture cultivation areas, land plots of mixed cultivation can also be bid on. The auctions will take place between November 3, 2025 and November 14, 2025. The auctions will be conducted by the capital and county government offices, as an intermediary of the Ministry of Agriculture, in the presence of representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and notaries. The lists of lands to be sold and the sales announcements are already available on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture.
