Romania’s foreign trade deficit increased by almost 44 percent in the first five months
Romania’s foreign trade balance deficit increased by almost 44 percent to 12.740 billion euros in the first five months of this year, compared to the same period of last year, the Romanian National Statistics Institute announced on Monday.

Romania’s foreign trade deficit jumped a lot in the first five months
In absolute terms, the deficit was 3.891 billion euros higher than last year.
In the examined period, exports increased by 23.5 percent to 36.918 billion euros, while imports rose by 28.1 percent to 49.659 billion euros. (MTI)
