The state offers almost 20,000 hectares of plots of land for purchase
Another parcel of land exceeding 10 hectares may be given to the farmers. With the measure, the Ministry of Agriculture supports small and medium-sized farmers and local producers in getting land.
As in previous procedures, anyone can make a purchase offer for the affected areas. In the 2024 auctions, almost 20,000 hectares of parcels of land will be offered for purchase. In addition to arable land, meadow and pasture land, you can also bid on mixed land parcels.
The auctions will take place between July 1, 2024 and July 12, 2024
The announcements provide precise information about their dates and locations, which will be available on the NFK website from May 29, 2024. The data of the properties designated for auction, as well as the auction notice containing the registration and the date and location of the auction, are posted in the county and district office premises of the Government Offices, as well as at the auction locations. As a contributor to the NFK, the auctions are conducted by the capital and county government offices in the presence of NFK representatives and notaries. Lists of land to be sold and sales notices are now available on the NFK website.
