We want to move abroad only theoretically
The Profession.hu, the Hungarian partner of the Decoding Global Talent Research of the Boston Consuting Group and The Network asked 5144 persons to examine the willingness to move abroad in the country.
The analysis showed that while nearly 55 percent of respondents would like to live elsewhere, many people claim it is only a theory and only 21 percent of the respondents are actively seeking for work abroad. Although proportion of those who wish to leave the country is high, 62 percent still feel motivated at their current workplace. The most coveted places are London, Munich and Berlin. Non-European destinations on the Top 10 list are New York on fifth and Sydney on the tenth place.
