Only drinks became more expensive
According to Privátbankár.hu’s food basket prices have been decreasing for the third month, but drinks are getting more expensive.
The September Privátbankár food basket survey shows, that prices were 0.2 percent lower than in August and compared to 2008 September, the decrease is 0.6 percent. It seems that, the price decreasing wave continues. Behind the average 14 513 HUF food basket value, there are significant differences. At the Auchan of Budaörs the food basket was 13 415 HUF, while the same 30 products in the Tesco of Budaörs cost 14 680 HUF and at the Cora of Törökbálint costumers should pay 15 445 HUF on the same day.
