Based on facts only!
I think if one does something, they should do it well or at least give their best. Most of the time it takes just as much time to do something well than doing it badly, so if one makes an effort they should expect the same quality from themselves than from others.
Informing the public about various affairs is a task that comes with great responsibility. This is the reason why those, who do it, must only tell the facts, what is true. Since Trade magazin publishes business information objectively and correctly, therefore I am a bit more sensitive to seeing it done otherwise. Probably this is the reason why I feel that a given person should have thought twice before our magazine is talked or written about without checking the facts and examining the conditions thoroughly. Just a few days ago a magazine article referred to Trade magazine in relation to the new set of measures the government has planned to implement in the retail trade sector, and this put us in the middle of a beehive. It is needless to say that we are glad to be a magazine that matters in the market, one that is professional and good at what it does. What we don’t like is when we are referred to in a context where the cause and effect relationship is faulty.Let me make it very clear that neither the contents of Trade magazine, nor the information participants can hear at the events that we organise form the basis of any government plan or measure. We give each party the opportunity to tell their opinion and share market-related information about their business. Trade magazin publishes business information free from politics, connecting manufacturers with retailers in order to support their business procedures and increase their work efficiency. This has been our credo in the last 10 years and it is going to be our philosophy in the future as well.
