You only need to keep the spraying log in e-GN!
We would like to draw the attention of those involved in the management of the management logbook (GN) that currently only the data of pesticide treatments, i.e. sprayings, must be recorded in Nébih’s electronic system.
In the case of pesticide treatments, it is a requirement that the spraying logbook must be kept electronically in the e-GN from January this year. Producers with a total area of more than 10 hectares must keep an up-to-date online log of insecticide treatments – if they are carried out in field crops. This means that the treatment must be entered in the register within 24 hours of the work. The other affected producers must document the data of the pesticide treatments carried out in the previous year on Nébih’s electronic interface by January 31. The latter obligation therefore becomes relevant on January 31, 2024, and of course does not apply to information already recorded in the spraying logbook, i.e. farmers with more than 10 hectares do not have to repeatedly upload the insecticide treatment data on arable land.
Those concerned can send questions related to keeping records and recording data to the e-mail address egn@nebih.gov.hu. For smooth processing, please include the term “spraying log” in the subject of the email.
