Continental: Hungarian manufactured products to the national tobacco shops

The president of the Continental Dohányipari Zrt. is hoping that mainly those candidates will get concession on the tobacco shop tender who expressly agrees the sales of Hungarian produced tobacco products, including the products of the Continental Dohányipari Zrt., because this way Hungarian jobs can be preserved.

Sánta János, the Hungarian-owned tobacco company's first man told MTI in connection with the law on tobacco shops, that in Hungary not only Hungarian companies but also multinational-owned factories are producing tobacco products. It would help to preserve jobs if a high proportion of tobacco shop operators would undertake the distribution of  Hungarian-produced tobacco products – he added.  (MTI)
