Cofidis: pandemic boosted online services
According to a survey by the credit institution, 40 percent of Hungarians have tried a new online service in the past year, and almost three-quarters were satisfied. Digital solutions have also advanced in finance, with a significant proportion of customers trying out videophone administration, opening an online bank account or borrowing for the first time during the pandemic. 70 percent have tried using the internet bank at least once during the pandemic, they wrote.
