We spent an average of 34,700 HUF on Christmas gifts
The most popular gifts were clothing, accessories, beauty care products books, games and toys.
According to the first-quarter survey of the Cofidis Credit Monitor, Hungarians spent an average of 34,700 HUF on Christmas gifts. In the 2013 Christmas holiday season, 90 percent of the Hungarian population bought gift for at least one, in a value of an average of 6,100 HUF. Ten percent of the respondents said, that they did not buy a gift to anyone.
