Coffee consumption in cafés, bars and restaurants
According to representative surveys more than three quarters of Hungarians drink coffee, the average consumer has two cups a day. 83 percent of restaurant going coffee drinkers wish to drink a high-quality brew. Every third guest has already been disappointed about a restaurant or café because of the quality of coffee served there. 25 percent of coffee drinkers have coffee in restaurants and 47 percent drink it in coffee houses. 60 percent of Hungarians tend to drink espresso, 14 percent has cappuccino and 13 percent drink long coffee; 7 percent like decaf coffee. //
