Coface: growing insolvency and problems in retail businesses

In the first nine months of 2010, the insolvency of companies grew to 18 percent as compared to the rate of this time last year, the growth rate on the other hand has slowed down, even though it is still extremely high at the moment – the latest survey by Coface Hungary suggests.
By the end of the year, insolvency will have reached 6 percent, which is 10 percent higher than the data of 2009's last month. The riskiest areas are construction, wholesale and retail trade.
