Coca-Cola – Win with your friends!
In the summer of 2013 for the first time in Hungary names replaced the brand name on Coca-Cola bottles as part of the ‘Share a Coke’ campaign. The message of the related activating campaign was called ‘Win with your friends’ and used online communities to reach the target group. Consumers could play in teams and by uploading 1 code the whole team had the chance to win. It made the game more attractive that prizes really appealed to the target group and were also closely connected to the campaign message. The promotion was a massive success and opened a new horizon for promotions.
