Cigarette vending machine 2024
A US entrepreneur has installed vintage cigarette vending machines in bars and restaurant in several cities across the country, which sell pieces of art made by local artists. The machines – banned for some time in their original function – are called ArT-o-MaT, and the works sold cost 5 dollars, half of which goes to the artist, 30% to the restaurant owner, and 20% to the business that manages the process, renting the machines and approving the works – which are no bigger than a packet of cigarettes. //
