CIES conference in Budapest: providing knowledge and contacts

The eighteen presentations scheduled for the „CIES – The Food Business Forum” conference to be held in Budapest on 5-6. November will reflect the objectives of the organisation. CIES has over 400 members from 150 countries including companies like Ahold, Nestlé, Unilever and Woolworths. The combined annual revenues of member retail enterprises amount to EUR 1,500 and the member companies have 6,4 million employees world-wide, while the member manufacturing companies have total combined revenues of EUR 640 billion. CIES has been active for 55 years, providing a global platform for decision makers to discuss current issues and enhance their relations. The objectives of their marketing program are to encourage innovation in brand building and POS activities.
