Chef Academy in Novotel Budapest Congress
The students take part 7 two days teachings about cooking and serving fishes, proud flesh, red flesh, poultries, veal and vegetarian dishes.
The first Chef Academy has 6 students,
in the course they also learn the program of Ecole Lenôtre is
the first gastronomy school in France. Teachers are: Kalman Kalla,
Sandor Facsar, Laszlo Ruprecht, Janos Garaczi, Laurent Vandenameele
and Jean-Bernard Fichepain. The school is accredited by Ecola
Lenotre. The students learn at Novotel Budapest Congress's cuisine.
