As a prominent professional partner, METRO Wholesale provides the venue of the competition, the METRO Gastro Academy, as well as the high-quality raw materials for the competition. Ákos Bősze, head of HoReCa business development at METRO Nagykereskelim, emphasized that the Chaine World Youth Chef Championship is also an outstanding event of METRO Nagykereskelim’s 30-year jubilee event series. By cooperating in the organization of the world competition, wholesale trade, which is the marketplace of gastronomy, takes a role in the professional development of young chefs.
