CBRE: dynamic growth on the commercial property market
Last year11.4 million square meters of shopping centers were built in the world. This is 800 thousand square meters more than in 2013.
Twenty percent of the new shopping centers were handed over in Europe, whiler Asia leads the market – the Hungarian subsidiary of CB Richard Ellis global real estate consultant told MTI.
Last year the largest shopping center in Europe, the Avia Park, was handed over in Moscow The leasable area in the Avia Park is 231 thousand square meters. (MTI)
