Capgemini Research Institute: 34% of employees plan to leave their current job within a year
According to international research examining employee experience within companies, managers are overly optimistic about their employees’ job satisfaction. 28% of non-managerial employees claim that they feel comfortable at work, while 80% of managers are convinced that their subordinates are satisfied, according to the latest research by the Capgemini Research Institute. Today’s competitive labor market, economic and financial pressures encourage many workers to reevaluate their relationship to work. This question is covered by the survey conducted by interviewing 2,250 employees of 750 companies, which focused on the research of the employee experience.
