GfK Hungária established a Call Center Award

GfK Hungária established a Top 10 Call Center Award. The Award can be win by customer service centers, so called call centers.

The Call Centers, that reach good performance may bear the "Certified Call Center" award, while the best Call Centers of the sector receives the "Outstanding Call Center" title for a year. In addition, each participant will receive a detailed and customized analysis of the performance of their customer service.
