Tesco refutes
The Central Agricultural Office (MgSZH) fined Tesco for 850 thousand HUF, because they found 300 pounds of contaminated chicken meat in the company’s store in Dunaújváros – wrote the Magyar Nemzet on Tuesday.
According to the newspaper; the company did not withdraw the meat products, despite the investigation and the fine. The store is only required increased attention from its workers and asked them if they find new contaminated products to store it separately in the storeroom.
Tesco in response to the news, issued a communication. According to them; the Magyar Nemzet tries to discredit Tesco – reports Index.
