A wheat starch plant is built in Visonta
Hungary’s only wheat starch plant will be built in Visonta, Heves County within a 93 million HUF investment.
The 33,000 square-meter plant of the Visonta Projekt Kft. will create 250 jobs and will provide work for another 500 suppliers by the end of 2018. Varga Mihály, Minister of National Economy, said on Monday at the foundation stone ceremony that the investment will focus on the modern Hungarian food industry and agriculture, and will contribute to making the economy more competitive.
