Furniture company acquires Extreme Digital
Steinhoff International Holdings has acquired a majority share, 50.8 percent in Extreme Digital. The Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) still has to give a green light to the acquisition. Steinhoff’s plan is to increase capital in Extreme Digital after GVH’s approval, which step would probably modify ownership proportions. Extreme Digital would like to enter foreign markets in the near future. CEO Balázs Várkonyi and the management will stay in their place.
