The professional programme ended at 14:00 on Friday, after which guests who stayed with us for the weekend spent the afternoon relaxing and enjoying the wellness facilities of the Hunguest Hotel Pelion in Tapolca. In the early evening we set off for Badacsony, visiting the Laposa Winery. After a tour around the cellar and tasting the must and wine, the Laposa Wine Terrace’s panoramic wine dinner offered an opportunity for informal conversations, new connections and recharging those batteries.

Next day the programme continued in Celldömölk at the Czelli Mill, where owner Melinda Dorogi introduced the 30-year-old, Hungarian-owned family business, which employs 33 people. After tasting freshly baked delicacies, there was an exciting tour where participants learned that Czelli Mill flours are used by Lidl, Aldi, SPAR, Tesco and manufacturers such as Nestlé. The afternoon continued in Tapolca, at the Trout Festival by the lake, which was followed by the Sümeg Castle Games and a royal feast to close the evening. Next day – after a breakfast spent together – we closed this year’s Business Days.
