Bujdosó Winery: mulled wine should only be prepared from quality wine
The mulled wine is still the most popular beverage of the winter: it is an essential accessory for the Advent period, and also the creator of the Christmas mood.
Bujdosó Ferenc, leading winemaker of the Bujdosó Vineyards and Winery revealed their secret recipe: they create mulled wine without adding water generally from Cabernet-Merlot coupage wines, than they add lemon rind, vanilla stick, cloves, allspice and cinnamon, and strengthen it with a little black pepper. They sweeten the mulled wine just before consumption, with honey.
