Buffet bought 2 million Tesco shares
Warren Buffett’s share in Tesco went above three percent. The investment guru’s company purchased 2 million Tesco shares. Buffett increased its shares 2 weeks after, that Tesco has announced the departure of CEO Terry Leahy.
Tesco last week published its flash report, over its first financial quarter, which has triggered mixed reactions among analysts. In Great-Britain the reported income calculated on comparable basis increased by only 0.1 percent, but thanks to the foreign markets sales the sales of the group increased more than 8 percent, over the same period of the previous year – reports Portfolio.hu., after Marketwatch.
