Pálinka and Sausage Festival in the Castle of Buda: Tequila beer, chili con carne and pálinka novelties on the weekend

Chicken burrito, lime chicken wrap, chili con carne, chicken chipotle with rice – just to mention a few delicacies from the offer of the of the Mexican court at the gastronomic event opening on Thursday. In the tequila house the guest can taste 8 different Mexican beers and one Tequila beer, that can be tasted only at the Pálinka and Sausage Festival in the Castle of Buda. In addition, to the weekend of the pálinka an sauasage specialties the summer returns!

Not only Mexican food and spirits will be at the festival. The pálinka distillery masters will offer unique flavors and a new, unique pálinka brand will also debut at the festival, called Szemtelen. The four different tastes and the accompanying characters of grape, marc and wine spirits will come to life in the Hunyadi and Oroszlános courtyard of the culinary event between 4-7 October.
