Pálinka and Sausage Festival in the Castle of Buda: Caribbean-style pálinka tasting
The autumn pálinka tasting begins in the Castle of Buda. After the spring event, held in the downtown of Budapest, the Pálinka and Sausage Festival will move to one of the most impressive venue of Budapest.
The Pálinka and Sausage Festival in the Castle of Buda awaits for the seventh time between 3 and 6 October to the Hunyadi court of the Castle of Buda. The culinary trip this time will be provided by twenty-five distilleries, ten sausage makers, and wine producers and cheese makers as well.
The opening hours of the event:
· Thursday: 14-24 hours
· Friday: 14-02 hours
· Saturday: 12-02 hours
· Friday: 12-22 hours
