The international meat industry comes to Budapest

This year, the 10th World Congress on Meat Hygiene and Meat Inspection will be held in Budapest. The program will be also the special event of the 1st World Summit on Sustainable Food.

After the Netherlands, Canada, Poland, the United States, Australia, Mexico and England, now Hungary will host the largest conference of the meat industry, between the 17th and 22nd of August 2010, in the Castle of Buda.
The goal of the traditional event is that the veterinary authorities and the meat specialists of the five continents, become familiar with each others current activities and the country-specific characteristics of the profession – reports marketinginfo.hu.
