Office space is eight times cheaper in Budapest than in London's West End
The rental cost of one square meter of an office costs 2,945 USD in London's West End a year, in Budapest you only have to pay 366 USD, the difference is eightfold – according to the annual survey of CBRE real estate consultancy firm.
After London's West End, the second is Hong Kong with 2,698 USD specific rental costs, followed by Beijing’s two districts with 2,129 and 2,039 dollars.
In Europe, Moscow is the most expensive with 1777 USD. In the City of London the rental cost of one square meter for a year is 1643 USD. In comparison, Tokyo seems inexpensive with its 1469 USD per square meter per year. (MTI)
