Budapest Wine Festival Limited
Budapest Wine Festival is 29 years old this year. Despite the pandemic, the organisers made it possible for a few hundred people to open the season in the company of their favourite winemakers in this special situation.
Zoltán Zilai, managing director of Magyar Szőlő és Borkultúra Nonprofit Kft. told: this year’s festival was small but rather exclusive. Many winemakers were offering their wines themselves and answering the questions of wine lovers. At the SPAR Hungary stand every fourth glass was a gift. Mr Zilai hopes that next year the Budapest Wine Festival will celebrate its 30th anniversary with as many visitors gathering as in the years before the pandemic!
