Budapest Airport: 94 percent drop in passenger traffic compared to June last year
The Liszt Ferenc International Airport’s passenger traffic in June fell by 94 percent, compared to the same month of last year – Valentinyi Katalin, Head of Communications at Budapest Airport told Kossuth Radio on Wednesday.
According to him, the airport had a traffic of 85,000 in June, an upward trend from the 22,000 passengers in May. There are currently 16 airlines operating flights, and compared to last year’s 153, destinations, now 92 is available from Budapest Airport this year. (MTI)
