BRFK gathered seven tons of food for those in need
The police in Budapest collected seven tons of donations for those in need last year, the Budapest Police Headquarters (BRFK) announced on police.hu.
The offerings included basic foodstuffs – sugar, flour, rice, canned food, oil – but the packages contained baby food, cocoa powder, Christmas sugar and peanut butter as well.
The donations were handed over to Santa’s factory on Monday, the statement said. (MTI)
