Ákos Sárközi, sous chef of Alabárdos completed the qualifying rounds of the “Tradition and Evolution” competition with the highest score. Last year, Attila Bicsár, the chef of Alabárdos, Won the overall competition. – I have been working in Alabárdos for a year and this is my first competition ever – says Ákos Sárközy. He often visits restaurants in his free time, looking for unusual ideas. He has also visited two Austrian restaurants, which hold Michelin stars. –When I entered the competition, I did not think I’d have any chance at a Bocuse d’Or level event.
